Kat Wetzel

I met Kat in 2022 when I needed help with a complicated sale on a tight timeline prior to an overseas assignment. She was amazing so there was no hestitation reaching out for assistance with this purchase. She and her associates are top notch all the way, bringing the unique combination of professionalism, technical acumen, positive attitude, and amazing work ethic. She's never let me down and absolutely worked miracles on several transactions for me and my family. It's an honor to support her with this review!

Kat is the person every seller wants on his/her team as a seller's agent - as was our case. But I wouldn't hesitate to have her as a buyer's agent either based on the clear planning and strategies. Thank you again, Kat.

We are retired home builders, spec house builders and house flippers. Kat was the best agent we have used. Highly recommend using her as your agent. Her ideas/suggestions, property photos, helping with staging and closing are top notch.
