Kate Flanagan

Kate Flanagan was an excellent realtor. She was very helpful throughout the entire process. I would strongly recommend her to my friends or family if they need hep looking for a home.

Our move was not by choice rather out of necessity. A disability required we move to a single level dwelling. We needed to sell our home and the sooner the better! Kate was referred by a family member. She was wonderful! She walked us through each procedure, explaining all our options and always available with answers to any questions. Her marketing skills and pricing our home to sell were definitely the reason our home sold in a matter of days! I strongly recommend Kate Flanagan for positive end results buying or selling your home.

As an active duty military family we have bought and sold homes multiple times in several states. As such, we have worked with quite a few real estate agents, but Kate Flanagan was superlative! She is all the things a great real estate agent should be. We had to househunt remotely, and Kate was our "boots on the ground." The winter 2023/2024 market was tough with homes selling the same day they were listed and always over the asking price. Kate was consistently respectful of our budget, but always had a solution to make our offers competitive. When we would get discouraged, Kate remained optimistic and kept us motivated. She was our knowledgeable guide and our advocate throughout the whole process which ended in the purchase of our forever home. Thank you, Kate, from the bottom of our hearts!
