Just to get straight to the point, if you want to sell a house use Kate Giffin. Everyone knows selling a house is stressful but Kate takes all that stress away. You basically just formulate your plan with her and turn her loose. She is a one women army and she gets the job done with class and respect.......she really knows what she is doing. Can't imagine ever using another Realtor and would recommend Kate to anyone. I could go on and on but will spare you with a novel. When we initially called Kate, we got a quick call back. She has been extremely attentive to our needs since day one! I cannot say enough about Kate's knowledge of the real estate world and the Ross Bridge community. While we waited for our closing date, we started making plans for the home improvements we wanted to make (such as extending the hardwood floors). Plus, we had so many questions about the closing.
