Kate is extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. Overall, I think the best thing about Kate is she is just a good human and very kind. If I'm going to go through the stress of buying and selling a home, I would prefer to do that with someone who will not add to that stress and will be kind throughout the entire process.
