We met Kate when we rented on of her properties this past summer. Working with her was very easy and relaxed. She always had resources at her fingertips to send in a moments notice, for lending, building or just about anything I might need in a pinch. After many failed attempts with other agents, Kate was able to help us close our land purchase within 3 months of hiring her as our agent. We highly recommend her if you are looking for someone who considerate of your needs and can provide thoughtful guidance about the Manahawkin area.

House sold in 2 days. Kate provided excellent service. She was very helpful with such a quick sale. I already recommended Kate to my neighbor. We are enjoying our new home. Thanks again Kate

We had such a great experience working with Kate to sell our home. She helped us price our home perfectly and thanks to expertise and great marketing, we were able to sell quickly and for over asking price! She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciated all her hard work and guidance through the sale. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell!

We recently purchased our new home with the help of Kate Lissova, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, responsive and attentive to our needs. She guided us through every step of the process with patience and professionalism. Her attention to detail, expertise in the market, and genuine care made all the difference. We always felt that we were in good hands. We would highly recommend Kate to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you Kate for helping us find the perfect place to start this new chapter!

Working with Kate was the best experience with a realtor I've ever had. She's responsive, works in a timely fashion and is personally driven to deliver results. She holds so much knowledge about everything you could think of, I was stunned. She worked with such care and compassion for my delicate situation as if she was my own family. Truly a blessing to encounter someone like Kate, I would recommend her to EVERYONE I encountered.

While it was a long journey until the sale of my home actually closed, Kate was with us every step of the way. She was there for us at the high of the highs and at the low of the lows. I honestly would have given up sooner if it weren't for her persistence with getting the transaction to finally close. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the house actually went under contract within 2 days of it being listed. Would definitely use Kate again!
