Kate was amazing! She got us in to seeing homes very quickly when we asked her. She did a great job showing them and she listened to what we were looking for. She ended up getting us what we wanted. She did an amazing job!

Kate is an excellent agent who went above and beyond both before and after the sale of my home. She is extremely effective at getting her clients what they need. My home was under contract in a matter of days, over the list price and with my specific closing date. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic is appreciated and respected. Anyone who works with her is lucky to have Kate on their side. I can’t recommend Kate enough!

Kate Lissova is excellent in almost everything, she is patient, knows to listen and catches your ideas for your ideal house. Her opinions are very honest and have consistency about the real state market. Always willing to help, gives you options, and deals with other realtors and homeowners. I am more than glad to say Kate was/is the perfect fit to be a realtor/advisor for us and pretty sure for anybody else. You will be very lucky to work with a professional like her. She is the BEST! Very happy to have worked with her!

Kate was great, always available to answer our questions.

My experience with Kate was awesome! She was on it the whole time. I had nothing to do with Century 21 the only thing with Century 21 was that it was who Kate works for I never had any dealings with them so my experience was all with Kate and I thought she was phenomenal. Therefore I have no opinion of Century 21

This was my second time using Kate as my agent and I can’t say enough about her knowledge and expertise in the real estate market. She made the whole process less stressful especially in this competitive market when buying my home. She also always had a positive attitude, which was very important to me. Would highly recommend Kate to anyone I know!

When Kate Lissova recently sold my home she took a serious and direct attitude. Very hard working. I highly recommend Kate and I couldn’t get a better agent. She took pride in her salesmanship and was able to shoot any problems that came about with ease.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kate Lissova when looking for my (first!) home. From day 1, Kate was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing Kate was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen; going above and beyond expectations. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be!
