My experience with Kate has been nothing but a pleasure. Kate is a total professional. She was there for me from start to finish. She listened to all of my needs and concerns throughout the process and set the perfect listing price knowing the area and the market. I received multiple offers immediately and the best sale price I would have ever hoped for due to her skill and tenacity working on my behalf. She goes above and beyond during every step of the selling process. I would highly recommend Kate to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Kate was absolutely fantastic in every way, and I could not have had such a relatively easy time of things without her. She was completely essential in my ability to purchase a house at all, let alone end up as satisfied as I am. I could not have been more satisfied or happy with everything she did for me.
