Kaki and Liz both new exactly where the market stands with homes in that area, however would make changes for me if I preferred too. They made those changes and upped my price on the home and they were exactly right about the sales price. I should have listed the home for a slightly lower price due to the time of year, so they were right in the first place and I should have listened and could have sold the property in less time.
