Kathi Philpot

When we were in the military; we've moved a lot! I use all this experience to help you have a smooth transition in Real Estate; weather this is your first move or your 15th! If you are moving to a new state or just down the street I hope I'm the right fit for you! Real Estate is in my blood; both my parents were Realtors so I've been in this industry since I was little. I truly found my calling and I love it! My retired Marine has my back so I can have yours! He is a stay at home Dad now and helps our two teenagers navigate their next chapter! Now that we are settled in Colorado, I am proud to work by referral with leads from all over the world. My friends, family and past clients know that I will take great care of them, so they keep me very busy. I know you will enjoy working with me too! By the way...I'm never too busy for your referrals! In 2013, I started selling Real Estate in the great state of Texas. I worked very hard to become an expert and provide the best customer service to my clients. I am constantly taking continuing Education classes and I never stop learning. Colorado has truly become our home and I hope to help you feel at home here too!
