Kathleen Long is intelligent, honest, humble and extremely patient. Her expertise as an attorneys gives her clients much optimism. She goes over and beyond to explain and satisfy every question and needs. Tenacious and completely knowledgeable about real estate and Florida Law. Very professional interactions with other entities that Mrs Long uses to co.plete the sale

We chose Kathleen upon recommendation by a colleague. As first-time home buyers, we were looking for a realtor who would be willing to take the time to explain the process, who was familiar with the area, and who would truly represent us as buyers. Kathleen's experience in the industry made the process much easier for us. Her communication was excellent, and we always felt as though we were her priority. She was very easy to get in contact with, and was very efficient and effective in responding to our needs. She fought on our behalf, even when dealing with unique financing situations, and we always felt as though she was in control of our situation. We cannot be more grateful to have had Kathleen on our side throughout this process, and highly recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor!

Kathleen Long is a very positive and busy realtor. She was recommended by a dear friend of mine and we were able to find a home that fits the needs of my son and grandchildren in less than 2 days, which I feel was due to her knowledge and experience. We couldn't have managed without her. Century 21 Beggins is ver lucky to have Kathleen Long working for them.

Kathleen Long is a wonderful realtor. She worked hard to find exactly what we wanted in a home. She treated us like a friend. We would be delighted to recommend her to anyone else needing a realtor.

Brilliant, exceptionally talented. Once again Kathleen Long came through for my family and I . she sold my house in 2016 and helped me purchase my forever home in 2017. If anyone is looking for a good professional realtor that communicates, listens, and understands their wants and needs in this stressful process she is your realtor. Amazing from start to finish. She will forever be part of our family and I will recommend her all the time.

The excellent superlative really doesn't do justice here. She met trades for me, met appraisers and inspectors for me, and went above and beyond in a dogged determination to make this happen for me. I've had relationships with realtors who simply list a property and vanish, ones that overprice and blame something else for slow results, ones that simply don't have time to aggressively market a property, and ones that don't go the extra step (like interacting with trades and inspectors). While our sale was slow in coming, I'm convinced that it was NOT due to any shortfall by Kathleen. I know this house was marketed aggressively and was shown to more potential buyers and brokers that ever in the past. I made a good decision when I hired Kathleen.

Kat is the best of the best and we absolutely love her. She is an extreme professional and yet makes us feel like close family. This process was made exponentially better having her on our team.

Kathleen is excellent! We will not go with any other realtor or company!
