Kathleen Long is the best realtor I have ever met. I worked as a licensed realtor in an office of over 200 agents. I have never seen anyone work harder or more competent than Kathleen. Any thing Kathleen did she put in 150% effort. She did far above what any realtor would do to get the job done. There is no one like this woman. She cares about the deal, and the people on both sides. I have NEVER come across any agent or broker who could come close to doing the job the way she does. She sets the standard of what a realtor should aspire to become. It was my sincere pleasure to have had Kathleen Long as my agent. There are not enough words to describe Kathleen Longs ability to do the job and do it better than any other person you could ever find. She is the only agent any one would need to know or refer.

Kathleen Long not only followed through on everything she promised, she went above & beyond what she promised. Our short sale was very complicated and difficult and if it wasn't for Kathleen's aggressiveness I don't believe it would have ever closed. She stayed on top of everything which made it less stressful for us. We were already one year into our situation when we switched agents and found Kathleen who was highly recommended by another friend. I will highly recommend Kathleen for sure to anyone looking for a real estate agent. She did an excellent job for us. Kathleen literally changed our lives!! She is a HUGE ASSET to Century 21.

Great experience. She showed professionalism from start to finish. He even made that hard call pleasant..."settlement is delayed". I will proudly refer others to her without a doubt

My mom and I had a rapport with Kathleen from the first meeting. She was hard working and did her due diligence as far as any prospective buyers were concerned. She was a pleasure to work with and made the sale of my mom's villa much easier than it otherwise could have been! I would absolutely use Kathleen Long's services again!

Working with Kat was awesome! She is very knowledgeable about the area and all aspects of real estate. Thanks to Kat we now have our dream home! (Thanks Kat!). We feel that not only did we get a great realtor, we made a great friend! Being from out of state, Kat handled everything for us and did an awesome job! We chose the best realtor and would highly recommend her to everyone! Thanks again Kat!

Kat was wonderful and knowledgeable. Left no stone unturned. Made sure everything went off with a hitch. I would strongly recommend her as s buyer or seller agent. Bob Blanchette.

Kathleen Long is not just a great Real Estate Broker, but she became a friend and confident. She is passionate about her work and that made me more comfortable because she knew her stuff and she knew the areas that I was interested in. She understood my concerns as a single working mom of a toddler, and answered any questions that I had promptly. She had my interest in mind and looked out for me, which made me even more comfortable with working with her. Buying a house is a extremely stressful and long process that I did not know anything about, and Kathleen Long did all the legwork and explained to me a lot along the way. I definitely would recommend her to anyone I know who's looking for a place to buy, or if they're selling their property, as I know Mrs. Long will go out and beyond to service them.

I have known Kat Long for many years, socially and professionally, and she is a go-getter. I had complete confidence in her abilities and she did not disappoint. We set the price and Kat held to the plan. There was no stress at any time regarding the sale, and she delivered at every turn. Overall a very smmoth plan was executed. I would not hesitate to recommend Ms. Long to friends and family. She does her job well, and it is obvious she enjoys what she does.

Kathleen Long was an amazing realtor. She was very straight forward and was very patient with us. I would recommend Kathleen to anyone because she helped us a lot and did not beat around the bush, exactly what u need when making the biggest decision of your life. We couldn't be happier with the home we got and for the price, thank you Kathleen.
