Kathryn McDermott

We were referred to Kathy by our mortgage lender that had described her as patient, kind, professional, and someone that would not push us into anything we were not ready for. We couldn't have agreed more! Kathy was exactly what we were looking for. She understood our needs as a young couple and first-time homebuyers. We loved her eagerness to find out answers for us and her prompt follow-up. Thanks to Kathy our homebuying experience was smooth and stress free. We definitely will be using Kathy again for our next house!

Working with Kathy was an absolute pleasure. When we were selling our condo in Lockport, we were incredibly impressed by her market knowledge and responsiveness. We had decided on a price point but just before we listed—Kathy double-checked and spotted a new one that had just gone live at a higher price. Because of that, we were able to list higher and ultimately made $10K more than we originally expected. Thanks to her strong negotiating skills, we also accepted an incredible offer within just 48 hours. Throughout the entire process, we felt supported, informed, and confident in every decision. We highly recommend Kathy to anyone looking for a reliable and expert real estate agent in the Chicagoland area.
