Kathy Alexander

Kathy was a joy and so easy to work with. She was very prepared when showing every house we looked at. It is obvious that she is a real estate PRO, she pays attention to detail and truly cares about her clients. I will recommend my family and friends to reach out to Kathy if they are ever looking in the local area that Kathy resides in. Her connections regarding mortgages and title companies were top shelf too. We had a great experience buying in the Winter Haven area.

We first contacted Kathy in February 2025, just to inquire about the local market. Although we were not ready to purchase, Kathy was already very helpful back then. Her knowledge, experience, professionalism, together with very pleasant personality made us to contact Kathy recently when we were finally ready to make a move. Once again, Kathy went above and beyond in helping us to find our dream home in Lake Ashton. We would recommend Kathy to anyone.

Kathy Alexander is a top notch agent. She is incredibly knowleable about the real estate process and the timing of things that need to be done. She makes you feel like you are a priority. We would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a property in the central Florida area.
