Kathy Butler is a true professional in the real estate market. She is very knowledgable in the real estate market for the Dublin area. She is friendly and exercises excellent communication skills. We will definetly use Kathy's services once we decide to purchace another property and will recommend her to family and friends.

Kathy knows her stuff and is easy to work with. We have used her before and were extremely pleased.

Kathy is knowledgeable about the local market and carefully walked us through every aspect of the process. She was always available and quick to respond. Most of all, we enjoyed working with her. She goes above and beyond and will quickly sell your home.

She's the best. Excellent commentator. Physically pitched in to help organize and stage the condo. Got us a great offer and was with us through the entire process. Just a notation to your survey, this was a sale, not a purchase.

We bought this house with Kathy in February of 2020 and she knew all of the hard work we put into the house from then until now and she sold it!
