Knows what she is doing.

Extremely professional group that knows the market!

Kathy and her team were great to work with. Very responsive to all our questions and concerns. We loved her enthusiasm for our neighborhood and her experience within our community.

Kathy Butler and Jerry Butler were excellent to work with. I was very satisfied with the selling process. They were very prompt in getting my house listed and on the market. They were able to sell my house quickly and at the appropriate market value. Thank you!

Truly an excellent realtor to work with for a first time buyer.

Kathy is a true pro. Her knowledge and availability were great. If we need an agent in the future, she will be who we use.
