Pleasure working with her

Using Kathy to list and find a buyer for our unique property, marketing it and not giving up was an easy choice to make when asking her to represent us in purchasing our next home! She went above and beyond in both transactions.

Despite the property being a unique one, Kathy went above and beyond to market and make it visible to as many eyes and other realtors as possible. Even though it took a little longer than planned, everything worked out great and we got it sold!

Kathy Cheek was amazing throughout our real state transaction! She was attentive, professional, and always there when we needed her. We truly appreciate her help and highly recommend her!

Kathy was extremely helpful to us. She is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We knew we had an excellent agent representing us. We felt secure and confident in her skill set. We can't thank her enough for everything!

Thank you for all your time and effort in the sale of the property. We appreciate you and will talk to you again.

Kathy is wonderful! A true warrior that you want fighting for you!
