Kathy Ducey

We had an awesome experience working with Kathy! Her local knowledge is top-notch, and she is the definition of professionalism and friendliness. What truly sets her apart is her availability, she actually showed us a house the morning of a blizzard to make sure we didn't miss out. If you want a realtor who is genuinely dedicated to her clients, Kathy is the one. We can’t recommend her enough!

The sale of this house came with several unexpected challenges from both the seller and buyer sides. Circumstances I as the buyer was unaware of, such as open building permits and research needed regarding the solar system as well as 2 feet of snow right before closing, just to name a few. Kathy guided me through these bumps in the process with constant input, suggestions to solve the issues and even offered to help get the snow removed so the final walk-through could progress without issue. She was always available to help me and did a great job of keeping me informed.

With the market turned upside down during the past 5 years, Kathy always told my wife and I to no give up looking for a home. My wife and I would go through the offer process but with no luck of our bid being selected. Kathy remianed optimistic that we would get the home we wanted. Once our offer was accepeted on our Blueberry Hill house the whole process from offer to closing was made so easy by Kathy that it still amzes me to this day how flawless everything went. We will definetley reccomend Kathy to family and friends, and if we are ever in the market again for real estate we will definetly be contacting Kathy.
