I cannot recommend Kathy Geraci enough! From the moment I reached out for help with buying my new home, I knew I was in excellent hands. A close friend had highly recommended Kathy and honestly it was the best decision. Her communication was absolutely seamless throughout the entire process. Kathy kept me updated at every step and was always available to answer my questions, whether via text, email, or phone. No matter the time of day, I always felt supported and informed. I mean seriously she was almost always the first to provide me with information and status updates, even before a house hit the market in some cases. The level of expertise was truly impressive. She always demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the market, and had such valuable insights that helped me understand the nuances of each property we viewed. She went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information needed to make the best decision, and her advice was always spot on.

Kathy G. was very helpfull and professional throughout the entire transaction. I would recomend her to anyone at anytime.

Kathy was very friendly and professional from start to finish. Was always available and very knowledgeable with regards to all questions we had as sellers. Will definitely use her services again if work brings me back up to Alaska again. Thank you Kathy!

Great experience with Kathy in the past so easy decision to go with her again. Easy to contact and flow of information made it a smooth process. I highly recommend Kathy Geraci! She provided great customer service throughout the entire search and purchase process.

Kathy and her team are well respected in the community. Kathy thought of me first when she heard of someone interested in investment property knowing that I was out of state but interested in selling. She contacted me immetiately and then we started working to get this deal done. Kathy and her team were great to work with I couldn't of asked for things to go any better. Everything was done with in two months.

A+ Great experience from start to finish. Kathy and staff are friendly, courteous and professional.

A really good friend recommended Kathy Geraci to us. To say that Kathy is a good realtor is a complete understatement. Kathy worked harder then we could even imagine on this sale. She had comps and prices right away. She priced the house for a fair price and it sold very quickly. She also was able to coordinate with the realtor on the house we purchased. Setting all the wheels in motion to have us able to close on two properties in a single setting. Kathy will be our recommendation to anyone buying or selling a house. If I were a schoolteacher I think Kathy's grade on this assignment would be an A+, 100% satisfactory.

As a Retired Realtor, I was impressed with Kathy. Her work ethic, good communication, knowledge of market, and negotiation skills tracked very closely with the way I represented my clients. I was very comfortable that she was doing an excellent job for me.
