I cannot say enough about Kathy, having someone listen to what is important to you and your family for a large investment like a home is extremely important. Kathy was that individual; she was in a way all ears and kept an eye out for areas and homes she knew we wanted until we decided on the right one. If it was close but not really what we wanted she did not push us into a sale. We left her for another agent for about a year at the recommendation of a friend and that was a horrible experience as they picked homes, we were not even remotely interested in. They were homes based on sale price. When we came back to Kathy, she didn't skip a beat and had us once again looking at the homes and areas we desired. She took us to a home with everything we wanted, and we could even turn into our own. We even live closer to our children. We were sold! :-)
