Kathy Geraci is hands down the best realtor in the Anchorage/Eagle River area. Too many times realtors procrastinate, ask multiple times for the same documents, and do not understand buyers or sellers urgency. Kathy is the complete opposite and the way Realtors should be. When the ball is in the Buyers court for action, she called every day until it moved to the Sellers court; then more calls. Expedited the sale and never missed a beat and never missed a step.
