Kathy was great to work with. Being from out of town, quick communication was very important to us. She'd get back to us in minutes, not hours. Extremely responsive. She'd drop everything to get back to us. She also knew the area well, steered us in the right direction, and overall found us a place that our family will be able to enjoy for years to come. And she's a great person. Lastly, we had some (typical) hiccups with our closing - easements, septic system, etc. etc. and she ultimately saved the day by finding a great local lender that was able to get the loan underwritten and closed within a few weeks.
