The sale went so smoothly! My nephew Sam Werner is a Century 21 agent in Hayward, WI, and I asked him to recommend a Century 21 agent in Eau Claire. He reommended Kathy Snyder, as he had worked with her in the past. I sold my property for more than I expected! Kathy answered all my questions regarding the sale along the way. It would have been difficult to do this without a professional agent. Great experience...beginning to end. Thanks, Alice Sand

Kathy Snyder kept us informed along the entire way. We used her services to purchase a home as soon as we listed our for sale. That process went very smooth. We did accept an offer on our Lake home and Kathy walked us through all those details until we closed. All around very competent in this field would recommend to anyone.

Working with Kathy was a delight. She was honest and timely in her communications and I always felt she was there for my questions and requests. I would recommend her strongly.

Kathy is awesome! cant say enough good things about her. truly a great person and she knows here stuff! we did a buy/sell and it worked out that they both happened on the same day!

Kathy goes the extra mile!! great person, my wife and I really enjoy Kathy!
