Thank you Kathy Erin and I are very pleased with all the help you gave us with the properties we purchased

I selected Kathy based on online reviews and also talking to her on the phone. Kathy was outstanding and very patient. We are out of state and we could not have asked for someone more understanding and patient. Kathy was great and provided valuable information we used to negotiate a purchase price.

Kathy was very informative and instrumental in the sale of our home. Communication was timely and continual. She was a great partner. Very knowledgeable about the market. Highly recommend her for your real estate needs! The closing process was very seamless! She answered your questions immediately or found the answer for us. Kathy worked hard to meet the ever changing needs of the market. We were very pleased with her experience and professionalism. Thank you
