I reside in Idaho and was considering selling my cabin in northern wisconsin. I sent three emails to different agents within the Hayward area and Kathy was the only agent to reply to my email. Kathy was did a good job of working with me and understanding my objectives considering I live 1600 miles away. Overall, my experience with Kathy was pleasant and successful as I sold my cabin.
