Kathleen Sullivan did a terrific job on the sale of our home. She was very responsive and a great communicator - kept us up to date on all aspects of the process from listing to showing to contract to closing.

Kathy Sullivan did an awesome job in helping to sell my house. It sold in a matter of hours. The closing date and all that’s involved happened just as the Covid-19 Pandemic started. I also fell and sustained a broken leg and wrist and was in rehab for several weeks. Kathy helped me and my family quite a bit. She’s a wonderful asset to Century 21.

Kathy was on top of the entire buying and selling process. Informative, helpful, offered great advice on important decisions in buying a new house as well as selling our existing house.

Kathleen found our family the perfect house quickly and efficiently! She was very helpful throughout the buying process and was always quick to answer any of our questions. We would certainly recommend Kathleen to anyone looking to buy or sell property and look forward to using her again in the future.

Kathy was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable and professional, respected our needs, and worked diligently to get our home sold. It was a pleasure working with her. I would highly recommend Kathy to anyone buying or selling a home.
