In my life, I have purchased homes six times as I lived and moved around the country. Some of the experiences went well and some of those purchases or sales were not so stellar. Bar none, throughout all those experiences, Kathy Welch has been the most professional, informative, and communicative realtor I have ever had the pleasure of contracting with in buying or selling a home. She empathized with me during the selling of my home - and that is huge, as buying and selling a home is an emotional event as well as a business transaction. My home wasn't huge or high-end, yet she made no judgements about it. In fact, she made every effort to make me feel great about my property, never selling me short of my desired outcome. She never tried to 'sell' me on her services, but graciously asked me let her help me sell my home. Once I listed with her, she went right to work, going out of the way to present my home in its best light. She used beautiful, professional photos and put together an outstanding listing of my property. I never had to worry if things were being done correctly, professionally and ethically - both for me and for potential buyers. She made sure all the steps of the process were checked and double-checked and she always led the path of every step with a clear communication of what was going to happen next. And, she always followed up with me afterwards. She even surprised me with a quick 'last look' video of the house for me at closing. Kathy made selling my home an extremely pleasant experience - I loved working with her through the process and I'm so grateful for her assistance.
