Katie Colliander

We had a wonderful experience buying a property with Katie. She helped us navigate an incredibly competitive market, and helped us to secure a home we loved. She was knowledgeable on the area, and adaptable to the market in order to make sure our offer was competitive. She quickly learned our needs and preferences and helped us to narrow down our search while seeing a lot of properties. We highly recommend Katie and would absolutely choose her again!

We highly recommend Katie for any buying/selling needs. Katie was knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, and helpful in navigating all of the processes that go into selling a property quickly and efficiently. Katie helped us navigate multiple offers to understand all the terms and select the best one for us. She was wonderful to work with!

I have sold four properties in Illinois with Katie's help in the last seven years and she's helped me to purchase two properties. Katie is professional yet friendly and you feel like she's part of your family (the part you love). I absolutely adore her and I highly trust her judgment and her opinion, there's not one time she's let me down. Having Katie on my side for all the transactions that I've done in the last several years has been such a godsend and I've been so grateful to know her because she's such a wonderful person. I would not recommend anybody over her, she's become one of my favorite people, and I've been very grateful to work with her. 10/10 highly recommend!
