Katie Brockman

Katie was very professional and knowledgeable. She knew the area well which was critical in pricing of our property. She was able to negotiate with the buyer and we got a good offer. She gave us good advice on staging. We were able to contact Katie at any time with questions. She was very polite! Our property sold in just a few days!

Katie Brockman was fantastic to work with! We had a unique situation with our previous house, and she helped us sell it for a better price than we ever anticipated. She then spent months working with us to find the perfect place. She made the whole process, from the searching to the closing, a breeze. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Katie was amazing to work with. As a first time homebuyer, she explained everything to us in detail, and kept us informed throughout the process and was easy to reach if we ever had any questions. Definitely will recommend Katie to all of my friends and family! She's amazing!
