Katie Riedeman

Katie was amazing to work with! I couldn't recommend her more. We came into the home buying process with not any experience or much knowledge, and katie was very kind to willing to work with us and teach us the process. She always responded really quick to questions and texts. There were multiple times she went out of her way to look at a listening or communicate with the sellers on our behalf. Katie was very knowledgeable and supportive and was very eager to help us not only find a home, but a home that was the perfect fit for us. We would absolutely recommend Katie to anyone. We loved our experience with her and are so thankful for all the ways she went above and beyond.

From the start there was no hesitation about working with Katie. She's knowledgeable, calm, creative, professional and always encouraging. She genuinely listened to our concerns and priorities when selling a dearly loved home. We had worked hard to renovate and respectfully restore it. Katie appreciated the value of that work. Through her representation we found the buyers we had hoped for. We're extremely grateful for her partnership with us through this process!

After a few subpar real estate experiences, I had given up hope. Katie Riedeman was recommended to me by a friend. I decided to give one more agent a try, and she has knocked my socks off. She really goes the extra mile to help you meet your needs, as well as have an easy and smooth transaction.
