I first met Katrice when looking to rent. She was very knowledgeable, showed me the property and then let me make a decision. She's never pushy. She is very thorough with her listing, always making sure everything is in order. She helps you navigate the buying and/or selling process with her expertise and support. I will use her every time I need a rental or if I ever buy again! She's FABULOUS!!!

Katrice is a true professional. She handled everything. The sale of my investment property wound up receiving multiple offers, within a few days on the market. I was able to accept an offer on my property for well over asking price! Katrice has a great plan and knows how to represent her clients! If you're looking to Sell or Buy Real Estate in or around the Clearwater, St. Pete or Tampa Florida area, make sure you reach out to her. Thanks again and all the hard work getting this deal done!

Katrice Briggs was a perfect match for my family. She was readily available whenever we needed her. She always explained everything to us step by step. Bring our first time she made the process a lot less stressful than it really was. Any questions we had she had answers and if she didn't have it at the time. She got back to us within 24 hours with an answer and explanation if we didn't understand. I would highly recommend Katrice Briggs to any and everyone. Especially someone going thru it for the first time. You have yourself a great agent in Katrice.

From the beginning I knew that I was in good hands. We had one deal fell through, and I was devastated. Katrice encouraged me to just shake it off. These things happen she said. And we moved forward. She was so involved in the sale, making phone calls, getting information, it was so reassuring having her on my side. We'd find a house I liked and I'd tell Katrice to "Get the Shovel", time to start digging. Her professionalism was second to none. I'm just so honored to have worked with her and that she was part of something so important to me. She's just FABULOUS!!!!

Katrice created one of the Most memorable and enjoyable experiences. Buying a home can be a very chaotic and nerve wrecking time. Katrice put my decision making at ease with her experience and patience. Her knowledge of the area and the market was also a great help. I would highly recommend using her in the future. Thank You for a great experience!

I think my comments about Katrice Briggs is self explanatory. Katrice is wonderful at her job. She does an excellent job. She has a wonderful friendly way about her. We just think that Katrice is a wonderful agent.
