Kayly was very kind and respectful as I was selling my condo after the loss of my husband . She was very considerate of my need for a fast sale and knowledgeable in pricing to sell ... I appreciated her help in negotiating the sale and closing paperwork. Her knowledge was extremely important to me in calming my anxiety as this was my first time ever selling real estate by myself.

I can't say enough good things about Kayly. She was prompt, professional and prepared right frome the 1st phone call. We are out of state and she went out of her way to explain each step and made the listing and selling process extremely easy. The most important part however, was her willingness to go above and beyond to help us get the place ready for sale and she worked to help make things easy for my Dad who needed assistance with multiple things to facilitate everything from the sale itself to the move out. I have worked with brokers before but none is kind and willing to assist as Kayly. She provided the help we needed and much more. I did not even get to the part about how quickly we got a reasonable offer. That was largely due to her strategy and legwork as well. You cannot and will not go wrong working with her. I am truly greatful for her help as she helped make a difficult time for my family much easier. She truly cares about her clients. She is amazing!

Kayly has shown and demonstrated a level of care and commitment to realty, from local knowledge to knowing who to call or recommend if services are required. Kayly was a pleasure to work with, we look forward to a long lasting relationship with her for future endeavors.

she was awesome!!!!!

She's amazing!! She held my hand through the whole wonderful experience!!! Thank you for everything Kayly!!

We hired Kayly Malinas, PA to sell our home and to help us purchase a home simultaneously a few months ago and she was amazing. She was very professional, detailed and communicated with us on every step of the process. She was transparent and honest when we faced a few issues and gave us options to solutions without any pressure. She is friendly, caring and kind, and provides excellent customer service. She is very knowledgeable about the entire process and also partnered us with other service providers to meet our needs. When it came time for closing of both homes, we faced some challenges with coordinating all the moving pieces, however, Kayly was super helpful in guiding us and providing solutions. This was a big relief for us as we were very stressed about the move. It all worked out and now we are happy enjoying our new home. Thanks to Kayly! Kayly is an excellent Realtor and we highly recommend her if you are selling or purchasing a home.

Kayly Malinas was very professional. And she went above and beyond for our sale. We felt so confident in her professional work ethics. And she is probably the nicest person we know.
