We went through many agents and finally found Keith. Keith quickly got on the same page with us and our needs. He guided and advised instead unlike other agents who pushed us in one direction. We would look forward to doing business with Keith again.

My husband and I built this home and lived there for 36 years. Following my husband's passing last year, I determined I would sell the home. Once I signed with Keith Liverman, he was most supportive of my needs. I knew at the outset that my property would be more difficult to sell due to the location and age of the home. Once a buyer showed interest, Keith was right on top of everything in the negotiations. He was always available to answer my numerous questions. He coordinated all testing that was required, once we entered into escrow. He constantly updated me on all events and clearly communicated everything that was happening as escrow was proceeding. He returned my phone calls immediately and was clear in all of his communications via email. Keith Liverman is a professional, whose goal was to make me a satisfied client and he succeeded.

Best professional I've ever had as an agent.! Keith is the nicest and friendly man I got to know over the months of selling my property. The only reason. It took so long to sell was because it went on the market in the Holliday season . Keith was on top of the selling of the property and kept me informed. Almost daily on the progress of sale Keith is the most polite man I've come to know and respect I consider Keith a new friend who would be available to. Help in any thing I ever needed help with.

This was the second time my husband and I worked with Keith. He helped us find our starter home a few years ago. And we knew that when we looked for our next house, we wanted to work with him again. For both times, Keith was very knowledgeable and helpful. He wasn't afraid to stand up for us and voice our concerns to sellers. He was always readily available and kept great communication with us throughout the whole process. We highly recommend working with Keith Liverman.
