They both help me get everything done and ready in a week to put the house on the market and sold with in a week. With me living out of state the both made it so easy for me. I highly recommend Mr. Keith Liverman to anyone needing a realtor. I live in New Mexico and he was in California. He kept me up to date and was always available when I called. If he was with another client when, he texted to say he would call back as soon as he could. Mr. Liverman went out of his way to do whatever was necessary. He was patient while we worked to evict a squatter and was present to change the locks, etc. when the house was vacated. He hired workmen to repair damages and refurbish the house, always presenting me with an estimate before work began. The house sold the first day it went on the market for our agreed upon price. I am totally blessed to have had Keith Liverman for my realtor.
