I've never met Kellie Sergent in person - we handled everything electroncially because I am the Trustee and the condo property is in the Traverse City area of Michigan where Kellie lives and works. Kellie asked me great questions, then asked for more detail in the answers when needed. I checked out her background and she is immensly qualified as a Realtor, particularly in this area of Michigan. She recommended a few people to evaluate the value of the property in today's market, and the one I chose to do the valuation really knew his business. Between the two of them it sold for our asking price within 24 after it was put up for sale, with a buyer from the area with family in the area. Everyone is happy.
