I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate, knowledgeable, hard working realtor than Kellie.

The testaments written about Kellie that I read before I met her were very important to me. The fact she lived in Elk Rapids and loved the area was a plus. Having experience with other realtors I knew what I didn't want. My daughter and her husband's approval was also important and she certainly achieved that no problem. Meeting Kellie, and talking to her was the final thing I needed to understand everyone else's approval and excellent recommendations and I was sure she was the one. Kellie for me was a dream come true. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, professional, wise and gifted. What sets Kellie apart is she is a wonderful person at the same time, very caring, understanding, compassionate and thoughtful. It is no wonder her services are sought after and lauded. All well deserved! She is a hard worker and not afraid to get her hands dirty while helping her client out. This may find her with a broom in hand, wheeling the trash down the drive, changing a light bulb, helping with the carrying of boxes, or anything else she can do to help out. Kellie saw me through the whole process which at times was emotional & difficult. I would highly recommend Kellie Sergent to anyone seeking the services of a real estate agent. She is a "One-In-A-Million" find in your search for one.

Kellie went above and beyond for me as a first time home buyer. Going into this I didn’t really understand anything and Kellie was quick to help me learn and guide me. She was very quick at responding to any of my questions and responding quick to the houses I was looking at purchasing. Finally found my forever home and she helped tremendously on closing. Thank you so much Kellie for all of your help. So much appreciation goes to you!

Kellie Sergent was absolutely fabulous to work with and she provided prompt responses to all my email inquiries and insecurities. The small piece of property (without any structures) on Schuss Mountain she sold was apparently not a very desirable and very small piece of land, in a not so desirable location. As executrix for the estate of the deceased elderly couple who owned this land, I am so grateful Kellie was able to sell it. I'm in Texas and the property in Michigan and therefore I've not seen the property. I highly recommend Kellie Sergent as she did the nearly impossible of finally finding a buyer for this very difficult piece of property for which I'm very grateful.

Kellie was excellent as always! Professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and timely in all of our dealings. Would not hesitate to give her the highest recommendation! She is a true asset to Century 21 Northland!

Kellie was great to work with. She was on top of the process, had great follow up and was proactive with letting me know what things I should have when. I appreciated greatly the support she has provided. I look forward to making a home for our family in the Traverse City area and I am so thankful that Kellie was able to make this all happen so effortlessly for me. Not only did she help me find a home, but she took me under her wing to get out in the community, get to know people and attend some networking events. This kind of warm introduction is the epitome of why Northern Michigan has the greatest people. I look forward to continue working with Kellie in the future!

I found the listing on Zillow and Kellie's profile was the one attached. She was great to work with and I would work with Kellie again.
