I would highly recommend Kellie Sergent. I have bought and sold many homes and she was by far a superior realtor. I will use her for all future transactions.

We were referred to Kellie Sergent from someone in the industry and we could not have been more happy with the service and professionalism that Kellie showed throughout the whole process. Kellie was fantastic and exactly what we needed to find our place in Traverse City. She was more than accommodating of our schedule, she knew the Traverse City area and offered additional insight and help in making sure we asked the right questions. She was knowledgeable about each house and what it could offer, and was great with communication through phone, email and text. As we are out of town, Kellie handled everything from the inspection, final run through of house, taking pictures of content in the house, negotiating final touch ups and working with the finance company to ensure a smooth purchase would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a place in the area.

Kellie quickly grasped what I was looking for in a new house and location, plus the need to sell my current house before buying the new. She went to work like a professional, experienced whirlwind. It was no simple feat managing the details and timing of two transactions that needed to function in tandem. The work of selling my house was amazing, I'm so impressed. Plus she found the perfect new house for me. Double amazing!

Wonderful realtor! She helped us every step of the way in finding our dream home. Timely, knowledgeable, kind and helpful! We are so glad we chose Kellie Sergent to be our realtor!

I am a Realtor myself in a different area and have been for 34 years. As a Century 21 agent downstate, I sought out the local C21 in the Elk Rapids area to sell my parents home. I was put in touch with Kellie and liked her instantly upon meeting. She was professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and kind. I was impressed by her business sense, professional ethics, and familiarity with the area. I would highly recommend Kellie to anyone looking for a Realtor in this area and should the cause arise I would use her again myself.

Kellie was helpful in selling my parents property. It was a difficult time for me.
