Since I did not live in the home, she was incredibly helpful with getting it ready to list. She had excellent resources for painting, flooring, and a contractor, and was able to arrange everything without me having to go back and forth to the house, as I live about 20-25 minutes away. Her updates and communication in general are incredibly helpful, making the entire process very seamless.
