For my first home purchase - Kelly was an excellent guide and advocate for me. She was so patient - I never once felt rushed or pressured. I knew without a doubt she had my best interest in mind when giving me honest feedback and different locations and neighborhoods we looked at. She was so knowledgeable - and if there wasn't something she didn't know off hand, she'd find it out for me within a day or two! I'd absolutely send friendship and family to her.

Kelly is a wonderful broker. She is trustworthy, helpful, loyal, motivated and professional. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and the process. She is patient when needed and aggressive when required. She is extremely realistic and we appreciated her honesty. After we listed she was able to secure three offers in four days and we were under contract on day six, closing six weeks later. There were a few bumps but Kelly's skills and common sense kicked-in to close the deal. We are very happy sellers and would use her again!

I put this in previous comments but want to write it again. I no longer live in Charlotte and had previously rented this property out. When I was ready to list the property I contacted Kelly, let her know when the lease was up and started working on listing the property. She immediately took over and started working with the management company I had renting out the property. She went over immediately to the condo once the buyer moved out. The buyer had left the place less than desirable and a lot of work was needed to get it ready to put on the market. Kelly met every person out there and helped me every step of the way. There is no way our condo would've sold as fast as it did without Kelly's hard work and help!

Despite our listing being relatively small, Kelly made us feel that we were her most important client at the time. Selling a home can be stressful, and it was comforting to know that we had someone looking out for us every step of the way.
