We have used Kelly Griebel several times in the past, and she has always been friendly, professional and kind; even when we didn't end up buying a house through her. She is very knowledgeable about the area, and brings her best work each time we have dealt with her, no matter what our price range is. We have always highly recommended her to our friends and family. Thank you, Kelly, for your diligence and patience with us!

My experience using Kelly as my realtor was the best, She really had my back and was so knowledgeable I felt I could trust her suggestions and ideas. The sale of my home went smoothly with her expert help. Thanks Kelly for a job well done. You're the BEST!!

We were so impressed with Team Kelly while working with them to find our perfect home. They made the whole process so easy and less stressful. They listened to our needs and we're so patient with us. Forrest was great about working around our hectic schedule, and always willing to give us his opinion and answer questions for us. Hayley and Kelly were so kind and made the few hiccups we had with closing easy and found solutions to the promblems we had without putting added stress on us. You can tell they really care about their clients and love what they do. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family looking to buy or sell! Can't recommend them enough!

You are amazing!

Great client-focused team support. I plan to work with Team Kelly for our next real estate transaction. I highly recommend this team to anyone interested in closing a deal!

Kelly and her team helped me list 2 pieces of land I inherited from my grandmother. It was a hard decision for me to sell my family's homestead land, but Kelly made me feel comfortable and kept me informed through the entire process. I live in California, and her team made working on the sale remotely very easy. I was sad to let the land go, but the process was so smooth and easy. I cannot recommend her or her team enough!

Kelly listed my existing property on Friday and we had two offers the next day with two more interested. We closed in a few weeks, which allowed me to make an offer on another property. She came up with an offer that allowed the existing owners to close on the deal without undue pressure and allowed me the position of taking possesion of the property within my time frame.

I knew right where to go when I decided to sell my home! I would never choose any realtor other than Kelly! She's fantastic! Tags every base! Everything from start to finish was as easy for me as I could ever hope for. There is nothing not to like about Kelly! I know who to go to for all of my real estate needs! The level of service that Kelly provides is exemplary. I can't think of one thing could have done to make my experience any better! I know who to go to for all of my real estate needs! Kelly was a wonderful agent who was super attentive and responsive to all of our needs as we sold our home of many years. Her experience and expertise showed as our home sold quickly with a full price offer. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a home on the Kenai.
