We have worked with other realtors in the past that we’re very lazy or unprofessional. Kelly is VERY thorough and sharp. Throughout the whole process, Kelly was professional and tenacious. We received regular updates, suggestions, and progress reports. With us living 500 miles away, that put us at ease. And our trust was well placed. Kelly is the absolute best realtor we’ve ever worked with.

Kelly and team were so quick to respond to each situation and nuance the property closed within weeks of the initial listing. This performance was as professional and smooth as any real estate transaction I have ever had and recommend without hesitation Kelly and her team.

Kelly has an amazing ability to manage the entire process with ease. From the first to last day she was always available to help me through the process. I would never consider using anyone else. Kelly knows the market and has a great ability to make everything flow naturally. She does it all! Kelly gave excellent recommendations in the process of preparing for listing and getting everything ready. I have complete confidence in her ability and trust her judgement. My house sold very quickly because she knew exactly what to do. I could not be happier with the experience I had with Kelly and Century 21 team.

Kelly Griebel did a great job advertising and staging . Always kept me informed on when the property was being shown and if there was anything that needed addressed. She was very easy to work with and understood the needs of me the seller. very knowledgeable and great personality. It was a great experience and would use team Kelly again.

We made the decision to work with Kelly Griebel even before we were completely sure we would be selling our home. Kelly's excellent reputation and proven results made her our first and only choice. We were a little nervous about selling our home from 4,000 miles away, but Kelly and her Team made sure we had all of our questions answered and even referred great local help (cleaning service, handyman, staging) for the work we couldn't do from out of state. From start to finish, Kelly and her Team were easy to reach, answered all of our questions, and always respectful of our needs and concerns. Selling our family home of 21+ years has been somewhat bittersweet, but knowing Kelly and her Team were with us every step of the way made the process a positive one throughout. We would absolutely recommend Kelly and her Team for the outstanding service, excellent reputation, proven results, and genuine care they show to their clients.

Of course I used Kelly and her team again! They’ve never let me down! I am super appreciative of Kelly and Tiffany! They go out of their way to make purchasing a home as smooth as possible. I sold my first home, bought a duplex and years later sold the duplex, bought our current home and now I have bought an investment property all using Kelly and her team! ❤️I’ll always refer them to others!

Kelly and her team are the best! Working with them made the entire process easy, seamless, and zero stress. Kelly is the only realtor I will work with in the future, and I will recommend her to anyone I know who is interested in selling or buying a home!

Kelly is great!!
