Ill start with the facts, my wife and I work during the day and we have 4 med/large dogs and are biggest worry was having an agent that was understanding that we might need more time to clean up before showings and willing to work around our crazy work schedules. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Kelly. She was knowledgeable, understanding, flexible, communicative, thorough, patient and extremely responsive. With us now living 500 mi away, we had to rely heavily on Kelly and her amazing team to sell our house. Ours was the typical Alaskan home, with all its quirks and imperfections. When the house sold, Team Kelly was there to smooth the way through a new septic system, banking issues, special buyer requests, inspection issues,...you name it. The final result is that everyone is happy, including us, and the new owners love their home. Kelly is such a warm, friendly, caring person. But she can't be everywhere at once. So she compiled a talented team who work well together. This makes Team Kelly able to be effective everywhere, without dropping the ball. I definitely recommend her to everyone. Now if I could clone her to sell the Fairbanks house too. I wish she could be cloned and have offices all over Alaska! She's got a heart of gold.
