Kelly Griebel never gives up. With unflagging good cheer and professionalism, she listened closely to our preferences and requirements, remembered them, and (after generously spending a day showing us homes from Kenai to Kasilof) suggested the house we then purchased. Kelly managed our search, purchase, and closing with gracious consideration of the fact that we were living in Juneau and juggling the sale of our previous home with the purchase of our new one. In addition, she advised us well regarding local service and appliance providers. Going above and beyond the call of duty, Kelly also assisted us after our closing. My background includes 28 years in residential and commercial construction on the Kenai Peninsula, and I was impressed with Kelly's general knowledge of home construction, her personal integrity, and her knowledge of the local area and market. She is rock solid. I heartily recommend her.

When we decided to put our house on the market we knew we would need fast results or we would back out. It was an emotional decision after 17 happy years there. Kelly and all of her Century 21 staff were beyond amazing. My house sold within 24 hours of signing the selling documents. Unheard of! I can't stress enough how easy Kelly was to communicate with. Her staff went above and beyond in multiple capacities and I will be forever grateful.
