Kelly hit the mark dead on in all areas we were concerned with. Her advice was invaluable and we ran with it - the result speak for itself. Two showings and under contract 8 days after the house hit the Century 21 website. Everything Kelly and Century 21's staff promised was carried out in timely and exemplary manner. Kelly can juggle with the best of them - she never missed a call, couldn't answer a question or recommend solutions to issues, and always sounded as if we were her only client - totally relaxed and unrushed. Kelly's crew was excellent - if they couldn't answer a question in her absence they ALWAYS promptly returned our call with the correct answer. Competent and helpful in all ways. This was my husband's very first home sale, but as the seller of 7 other residences, I can appreciate the fine line Kelly walks keeping all of us clients happy, nearly simultaneously. I can personally attest that she is the best real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with and I would happily use her services again (and again, and again... :) )
