Having not used a realtor in years, I needed someone to lead me through the process of selling my inlaws house for them. Knowing Kelly Ho-Montoya and watching her on social media, she was the person I felt that could advise me in my endevor. I was correct. Kelly immediately began the processes neccesary to make my part in this sale smooth and easy. Her advice was sound and I was able to go on with my daily routine knowing that everything was profesionaly taken care of with out any worry or stress on my part. The house was listed on a Tuesday afternoon and was in contract by Thursday the same week. I have been amazed how seamless the whole process was and how Kelly went out of her way to make this sale happen. Also when the time came for my inlaws to handle the paperwork , Kelly made it possible to accomidate their needs as well. I cannot express my appreciation enough for the service and advice she and her team have provided and will recomend her to everyone!

We recently sold our home with Kelly Ho Montoya of Paramount Real Estate Services, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Kelly personally handled every aspect of the sale and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and effortless. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and organized from start to finish. Kelly took care of all the details, kept us informed throughout the process, and always made herself available whenever we had questions. Most importantly, she got results. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, our home sold in just a matter of weeks. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. If you’re looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients, works hard, and delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend Kelly Ho Montoya and Paramount Real Estate Services.

I called Kelly because of a reference from a friend. I knew right away that she was the one after our first interaction. She knows what she's doing and surprised me in every way imaginable. From the listing price, helping me get the place presentable for pictures/sale, and even helped with my animals when I couldn't break away from work for a showing. 10/10 would recommend and if I weren't moving out of the area, I'd have a lifelong realtor!

"I highly recommend Kelly her professionalism, market expertise, and dedication made buying my investment property enjoyable and fun experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!" She wont give up in you for sure 😜

We had a fantastic experience with Kelly, from her finding us through a friend to her finding our house before we even looked inside! She's just that good! She's obviously highly experienced in what she does and knows the area very well! I will recommend Kelly to any of my closest friends and family!

Another home run for Kelly and Paramount Realty! I knew this would be a victorous sale based on doing business with her before and knowing her institutional knowledge and personal drive are the best in Wichita Falls. She radiates confidence and enthusiasm which project onto her clients and all who surround her. I highly recommend Kelly and her agency!

We had the best experience working with Kelly! She made us feel supported and taken care of from the very beginning. She was always responsive and incredibly patient with all of our questions throughout the process. She helped make the entire process feel smooth and manageable by keeping us informed every step of the way and always following through on what she said she would do. We especially appreciated how attentive she was and how much she genuinely cared about making sure everything went well for us. It truly felt like she was in our corner the whole time. We would recommend Kelly to anyone!

Was recommended by a co worker who lived in area prior. Contacted Kelly early and she started right away to ask what we like and prefer and budget planning and sent listing to us early before arriving in town. After we looked at properties and said which one we liked, Kelly automatically began contacting their agent and working things out. After everything was said and done she was still going the extra mile trying to get our closing happening while she was about to have a surgery. 10/10 will work with her again.

On top of the game! Very responsive and understanding to our situation and expectations. Rock solid person that I would recommend without hesitation. THANK YOU Keely, it was a pleasure to work with you!
