This has by far been the easiest house buying process I’ve been through. Kelly was the reason for that. I was looking for something in particular and knew it wasn’t gonna been quick. The whole process of buying a home is very stressful dealing with the mortgage company was something new and there were times when I thought to myself was this even worth it but with Kelly on my side and allowing me to vent and complain and all she did was listen and said honey we're going to get through this. Kelly from the get go was a great match, she knew and understood my “quirks” when it came to finding “THE” house. We thought we found a few but for one reason or another God had a different plan in mind. So when we found “IT”!!! Everything made since why the others did not pan out. We all had an ahhhha moment!!! Kelly even endured being allergic to cats numerous times to show houses to us. But those things are not why we would refer Kelly and her team. Kelly was remarkable in dealing with the sellers agent and getting all the kinks and negotiating worked out in the days leading up to closing. However, Kelly and her team became family in the days after...Kelly, her team and her business colleagues “The Calgary” showed their true colors, class, integrity and love for their clients when we encountered “the sellers and sellers agent from hell” Everyone she called in stopped what they were doing to come to our home to help clean up a mess that no home buyer should ever have to deal with...but we will not take with us the horrific part of those few days but we will the family, love, laughs and support. Kelly, her team and her colleagues will always have us as clients and friends. Because Kelly and her team showed us that there are still amazing people out there and that in the day and age when we all wonder about people’s humanity they restored our faith. Thank you with all of our hearts for it all. We couldn’t have survived it without you.
