For anyone who knows kelly or anyone else at Paramount this will come as no surprise. However, for anyone who is looking for a realtor to buy or sell or even insurance look no further. Almost 2 years ago my wife and I was looking to move to Wichita Falls. Being neither one of us are from here we needed someone very knowlegable about the area and also a great Realtor. We had talked to a few people but didn't really feel they where the right for for us. When we meet Kelly within a few mins we knew we would be in good hands. She went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect place. When we first started looking we found a house that we wanted and put in an offer. Within a few hours she had gotten them to agree to what we offered. Then all of a sudden we had issues with our loan company and we had to back out the day before closing. Here is where I assumed Kelly would turn and walk away after all the time she had spent with us. In stead she stuck by us. We had to rent since we where already moving when the bank pulled the loan. She was there to give advice on a good location to rent, places that where hiring, good food and any other random thing that we asked her. Fast forward to last month. We told kelly we was ready to start shopping again. She didn't hesitate to start scheduling places for us to look at. Even this time it got a little bumpy for our loan. Again instead of giving up on us she helped us get everything done. We are beyond excited to be moving into our home. Words can't describe how thankful we are for Kelly and Paramount Real Estate. What started as a realtor turned into a friendship. If we ever decide to sell and/or buy another house we will definitely be using Kelly again. Thank you Kelly and everyone at Paramount.
