Kelly Ho-Montoya and team were amazing! It took us two months to close because of loan agent and financing issues. When these issues came up Kelly tried anything and everything possible to make the financing happen, and it did! Also I recommend using Kevin Rhine at Union Square for financing. He closed on our house in about 2 weeks after original loan agent lied to us and that financing fell through. He really knows the business of home mortgages. Today I am a homeowner and I got my first home for $17,000 less than appraisal report stated! I am very happy with my decision to use Paramount Realty!
