There are not enough words to explain how amazing the selling process was while workig with Kelly. Despite the market we were in trying to sell our home, and also having a horrible experience with a previous agent before meeting Kelly, we were almost about to give up. When we met her, she had a game plan right away for us and was able to meet our accommodations no questions asked for selling our home. From finding a tenant, to leasing our home and being our property manager, to then a month later the same tenant wanting to put an offer on our home, we were thrilled from that point on. She has the most realistic personality, yet fun and uplifting spirit to be around. As our time sadly ends in Wichita Falls here soon, we will never forget her. Pricing expectations were set, I was hoping for more of a net return but being she managed the entire process while I was able to focus on business abroad made it a worthwhile process.
