We ran into an unclean title at wells abstract I still wanted the place something was unique about the that old rickety shack..I could smell so she locked the seller in another contract and I trapped him with delay if construction till the title cleared..I am pleased cause even if I loose on the house..a meth lab has been cleared out a trap house shut down..life is good and freedom ain't cheap..
