This is the 2nd time I've used Kelly to sell a property & have recommended her to others that were equally as happy; I will continue to use her for any future real estate needs. Let's be honest, real estate agents work in a very competitive industry & everyone has someone they are willing to recommend when asked, but if you want a realtor/broker you can trust, is honest (even when you don't want to hear it) & sets realistic expectations, all to make the sale happen, Kelly is the one! Kelly was extremely responsive to our many calls and texts, and helpful as we navigated the house buying process. All of the details can be very overwhelming, but she was knowledgeable, reassuring, and helped us keep all the details in line. Her questions were thoughtful to help us consider different possibilities, warn us of possible pitfalls, and down to earth suggestions (like making sure to ask sellers for the utility bill cost estimates). Her negotiating skills were fabulous, and closing timeline suggestions were realistic to ensure we had enough time between the inspection and closing to bring in contractors for estimates to help secure the best deal. She was very supportive when we unfortunately needed to back out of an offer, but advocated for us, and ultimately kept working her contacts to get us in to showings and open houses until we finally found just the right place, and we are so thankful for her diligence, attention to detail in helping to find the perfect house for us!

Kelly was patient and professional from the beginning. I lived in my property for over 20 years. Started out as a family of four, and over the years that became two, but I still had to deal with everything the four of us had accumulated. Kelly was right there with referrals and reminders to keep me on track. Fast forward through the open houses and finally to the offer that I accepted. For a number of reasons, this was not the easiest transaction, but she handled it flawlessly, advocating for me the entire time. If not for her compassion for my needs, her tenacity and her get it done ethic, the deal would have gone south. In the end, she got it done while facing many challenges, especially near the end when the buyer was unable to close on the agreed date. She made sure things kept moving, and we finally closed. I was fully informed every step of the way and she patiently answered my many questions. Would I hire her again? YES, without hesitation! Recommend her? ABSOLUTELY!
